We are looking for a passionate and skilled Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to our projects of turning data into actionable insights. Join us and you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets and developing predictive models to support various business initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and provide innovative solutions that improve products and services.
What you will do:
- Develop, optimize, and validate classical machine learning models including regression, classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting using Python and frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering, focusing on feature selection and preparing datasets for training machine learning models to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Implement AutoML strategies using frameworks like H2O.ai, Auto-sklearn, or Google AutoML to streamline the machine learning pipeline from data preprocessing to model selection and hyperparameter tuning.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and maintain models in production environments, leveraging MLOps tools such as MLflow, DVC, or Kubeflow for model tracking, versioning, and monitoring.
- Utilize Docker for containerization of machine learning models and write Bash scripts for automation and efficient environment configuration.
- Leverage Python (using packages like pandas, numpy, and matplotlib) for data manipulation, analysis, and building reproducible code bases; manage version control with Git.
- Provide actionable insights by translating complex business problems into data science solutions, demonstrating strong analytical thinking and a results-oriented approach.
What you need:
- 3 years of relevant experience in data science or machine learning.
- Strong expertise in classical machine learning techniques and model optimization.
- Familiarity with data analysis, feature engineering, and handling diverse datasets.
- Familiarity with AutoML frameworks and experience in automating ML pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of MLOps and deployment of machine learning models using industry-standard tools.
- Proficient in Python programming, with strong skills in data manipulation and visualization libraries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights and communicate them effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
