Key Account Manager
Up to 2500 EUR gross per month

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, communicating project progress, and ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and internal teams.

What you will do:
  • Communicate effectively with clients in the Benelux region, representing Sigli in client meetings and events.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on project progress to clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of client requirements.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback, address issues, and explore new opportunities.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns or challenges.
What you need:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in Dutch (essential).
  • English fluency is also required.
  • Previous experience in account management and/or client-facing roles (nice to have).
  • Experience in project management (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with the IT industry (nice to have).
