About the project:

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist who will help us identify new potential clients, start conversations and support the early stages of the sales process. The main focus of the role will be on lead generation, outbound communication and building relationships with potential clients. At the beginning, the focus will be on the UK market, although this may change over time depending on business needs.

We are open to candidates with different backgrounds, including sales, lead generation, customer-facing or account-related roles. What matters most is that you are proactive, comfortable communicating with people, and interested in growing further in business development.

What you will do:

  • Research and identify potential clients.
  • Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email and other relevant channels.
  • Start conversations and build initial relationships with potential clients.
  • Keep track of leads and follow up consistently.
  • Help qualify potential opportunities and understand whether there is a possible business fit.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation and early-stage communication.
  • Keep CRM / lead information structured and up to date.
  • Gradually take more ownership of the sales process as your experience grows.

What you bring:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, customer success or another client-facing role.
  • Confidence in communicating with new people and starting conversations.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to stay organized and follow up consistently.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn more about sales and business development.
  • Comfortable working independently, while asking for support when needed.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude toward outreach and rejection.
  • At least Upper-Intermediate English.

What Sigli gives:

  • Culture you can count on:

Our core values ownership, transparency, and service aren’t just paper promises, they are our daily navigators. This means open communication, no bureaucracy and no micromanagement – we trust our people.

  • Flexible work format:

We’re flexible and open to both remote and hybrid work, depending on your preference. There is no fixed requirement for office attendance — visits to the office at A. Goštauto g. 40 would be only if needed. If you prefer a hybrid setup, you’re free to organize it in the way that works best for you.

  • Structured growth and connection:

Mentorship Program: you get a dedicated colleague from day one to help you adapt, build connections, and grow, bridging the distance.

Engaging Internal Life: we ensure connection and growth through internal activities, knowledge exchange, online challenges, our Sigli Soft Skills School, and local team gatherings.

Sounds like a match? We can’t wait to see your application!
