We are developing and enhancing a cloud-based compensatory software platform designed to promote self-reliance for students with dyslexia, reading difficulties, and other learning challenges such as TOS, ASD, AD(H)D, and NT2 backgrounds. The software offers advanced text-to-speech, writing aids, and tools for improving reading and text comprehension. The platform is used across various educational levels, from primary to higher education, and even within the workplace, supporting users in a fully digital environment.

The development team is focused on performance improvements, security upgrades, and feature enhancements to support a growing user base. Additionally, we are in the process of integrating AI-driven features. These AI improvements aim to provide more tailored support for users, enhancing their overall experience and effectiveness in using the platform.

The project leverages a modern technology stack, including:

• Front-end: Angular, Browser Extensions API
• Back-end: ASP.NET
• Database: MSSQL
• Cloud Services: Azure Services

• Implement software components and services;
• Analyze and resolve software related issues (functionality, performance, interoperability, etc.);
• Participate in the proposal, review, and discussion of solution design documents;
• Participate in agile software development activities (e.g. stand-ups, planning meetings, demos, retrospectives);
• Visit office twice a week (applicable for Vilnius based candidates).

• 3+ years of production experience in .NET Framework/.NET Core;
• Experience in Angular 2+, willingness to work as a fullstack;
• Knowledge of Javascript/Typescript;
• Knowledge of SQL databases (how to build a database structure, write queries);
• Upper-Intermediate English level;
• Experience working with Vue, React would be a plus.
