- Handle office admin tasks to create a productive and welcoming environment (20-30% of your time).
- Assist with HR functions like employee onboarding, engagement, and development.
- Manage essential paperwork to keep HR organized and compliant.
- Oversee task boards, schedule meetings, and coordinate activities for smooth communication across the organization.
- Support recruitment efforts like employer branding.
- Collaborate with teams and leaders on various HR projects.
- Address employee questions and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Tackle ad-hoc tasks from management and quickly resolve any operational issues.
- Help foster a positive company culture and strengthen employee relations.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on diverse tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for human resources and people development.
- Availability to visit the office in Vilnius a minimum of 3 days per week.
We expect the candidate to join in mid-September or November.
- The compensation package ranges from 950 to 1300 EUR gross (employment contract based in Lithuania).
