Sales Representative (IT Solutions)

As a Sales Representative – IT Solutions, you will join skilled sales and technical teams to engage customers and drive deal closures in the Retail, Consumer Goods, and FMCG sectors. You will be crucial in understanding the local market, presenting our solutions, and achieving sales targets. What you will do:
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    Identify and target potential clients in the Retail, Consumer Goods, and FMCG sectors.
    Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Client Engagement:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
    Conduct client meetings, both virtual and face-to-face, to understand their needs and present our solutions.
  • Sales Process Management:
    Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
    Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
    Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams:
    Work closely with our team of technical experts to ensure seamless integration and customization of our solutions.
    Coordinate with technical staff to address client queries and provide robust after-sales support.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
    Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
    Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for senior management.
What you need:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in IT solutions, preferably in the Retail, Consumer Goods, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field would be nice to have.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken).
