What you will do:
- Business Development & Account Management:
- Identify and analyze the needs of both prospective and existing clients, ranging from contact-level management to C-suite engagement.
- Translate client requirements into actionable solutions and guide them towards achieving their desired outcomes.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact while staying attuned to evolving needs and opportunities.
- Management Consultant:
- Establish and nurture a network of top-tier IT consultants.
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with consultants to understand their skillsets and motivations.
- Match consultant expertise with client project requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.
- Take ownership of consultant teams, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
What you need:
- Proven experience as a BDM in IT service-providing companies.
- Fluent (C1+) in English.
- Genuine interest and curiosity in technology and innovation.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to engage with clients professionally and naturally.
- Strong empathy and confidence, enabling you to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a knack for problem-solving and taking initiative.
- Collaborative spirit and a commitment to finding win-win solutions.
- Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial, and naturally inclined towards leadership.
