What you will do:
  • Business Development & Account Management:
  • Identify and analyze the needs of both prospective and existing clients, ranging from contact-level management to C-suite engagement.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable solutions and guide them towards achieving their desired outcomes.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact while staying attuned to evolving needs and opportunities.
  • Consultant Management:
  • Establish and nurture a network of top-tier IT consultants.
  • Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with consultants to understand their skillsets and motivations.
  • Match consultant expertise with client project requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.
  • Take ownership of consultant teams, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
What you need:
  • Proven experience as a BDM in IT service-providing companies.
  • Fluent (C1+) in English and Dutch.
  • Genuine interest and curiosity in technology and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to engage with clients and candidates professionally and naturally.
  • Strong empathy and confidence, enabling you to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a knack for problem-solving and taking initiative.
  • Collaborative spirit and a commitment to finding win-win solutions.
  • Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial, and naturally inclined towards leadership.
