Our partner develops modern, data‑driven ERP software tailored to the timber and forestry industry. The platform serves forest owners, timber terminals, sawmills, and wood processing plants, helping them streamline planning, optimize operations, and increase efficiency across the entire value chain.
As our partner expands the presence in Poland, we’re looking for a driven professional who understands both technology and the realities of the forestry and wood‑processing market, someone who wants to shape the digital future of this industry together with us.
What you will do:
- Drive B2B sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within the forestry and wood-processing sectors;
- Prospect, engage, and convert potential customers using your industry network and deep market understanding;
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by presenting tailored engineering and technical solutions that solve real business challenges;
- Manage the full sales cycle: from initial outreach and product presentations to negotiations and contract closure;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities and maintain a strong market position;
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and insights to support strategic decision-making;
- Travel across the region to meet clients and partners when required.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the forestry industry: whether in forestry operations, sawmilling, secondary processing, wood house manufacturing, energy wood/pallet production, or log house construction
- OR strong experience in sales across forestry machinery, wood products, engineering solutions, or consulting;
- A well-developed network of industry contacts;
- Strong understanding of how this type of business works;
- English proficiency at an intermediate level;
- Fluent Polish speaker with deep knowledge of the local market;
- Currently based in Poland, ready to engage with clients across the region;
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed using your own vehicle.
