We collect data in order to operate efficiently and to offer the Services that best suit your expectations, for cooperation purposes, for projects implemented by the company in order to start or continue the ongoing activities. Personal data is also processed under your consent or upon your own submission, for the purpose of submission of offers to job ads, through third parties or our own selections. 

We collect and process your personal data to facilitate the recruitment process. This includes sharing your data with third-party service providers who assist us in conducting background checks and other necessary evaluations.

Interview Recording 

During our recruitment process, online interviews, which might include personal data, may be recorded and shared with relevant Sigli staff and internal teams involved in the selection procedure and recruitment training.  Sigli staff will notify you before recording the interview. The recording will take place on online conferencing platforms, mainly Microsoft Teams used by Sigli and will be stored until the candidate is informed about the decision taken by Sigli staff or until such a process is closed. If another platform will be used the candidate will be notified beforehand. Interviews may also be automatically transcribed by third-party transcription tools for recruiter convenience. If such a tool is used, the candidate will be informed. It will be stored by Sigli hosting service providers on servers in the USA as well as in the EU. 

Tracking technologies and Cookies 

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service. 

The website may for some time “remember”; your actions and options ( “cookies”) and similar technologies to improve your experience on our sites by collecting information about the way you use our sites. Where We store your personal information?

The data that We collect from you and process as a result of your use of the services may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or within our group of companies. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the processing of your details, and the provision of support services. 

In particular, your data may be accessible to i) Sigli staff in Lithuania or ii) may be stored by Sigli hosting service provider on servers in the USA as well as in the EU. These countries do not have the same data protection laws as the EEA. We will put all the efforts to protect your data in the same manner as in EEA.

We take appropriate measures to ensure that all personal data is kept secure, including security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally lost, or used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, for the duration of your use of our services. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
