As a Odoo Partnership Manager, you will join skilled sales team to engage customers and drive deal closures in the Retail, Consumer Goods, and FMCG sectors. You will be crucial in understanding the local market, presenting Odoo and our services around Odoo (development, updating, and customization), and achieving sales targets.
We’re on the lookout for a proactive Odoo Partnership Manager who loves the thrill of generating leads and building sales funnels from the ground up. If you have a passion for reaching out through different channels and making meaningful connections, we want to hear from you! Strong English communication skills are a must (C1/Advanced level), along with experience in IT solutions and a good understanding of the Polish retail scene.

- Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. - Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and target potential clients in the Retail, Consumer Goods, and FMCG sectors.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research. - Client Engagement:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
Conduct client meetings, both virtual and face-to-face, to understand their needs and present our solutions. - Market Analysis and Strategy:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings. - Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for senior management.
- 1+ year of sales experience in IT solutions/services, preferably in the Retail, Consumer Goods, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- C2 (Native) Polish proficiency (both written and spoken).
- C1 (Advanced) English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Location: Poland (Remote with frequent travel for client meetings).
- Employment type: only full-time employment type is available.
- Contract: сooperation only via B2B format is available.
- Attractive base salary with a performance-based commission structure (up to 3000 EUR gross per month + commission).
