What you will do:
  • Gather and document comprehensive business requirements by engaging with customers to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives. 
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to identify and define optimal solutions that meet business needs while considering technical feasibility. 
  • Develop clear and concise documentation such as user stories, use cases, and process flows that effectively communicate system functionality to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to manage expectations, validate proposed solutions, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Facilitate the management of client expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that stakeholders are well-informed and aligned. 
  • Assist in project scope management by analyzing change requests and their impact, ensuring that all changes are evaluated against business objectives. 
  • Conduct business trips to client locations across the EU and UK. 
What you need:
  • A minimum of 1.5 years of proven experience in business analysis within the context of software development. 
  • Experience in facilitating Scrum meetings and working effectively within Agile environments. 
  • Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, enabling effective requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. 
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile to identify solutions, mitigate risks, and enhance project outcomes. 
  • Proficiency in the English language. 
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages would be an advantage.
