BOOK TIME
Within a couple of hours our recruiter Liza will get back to you and if we decide that you and Sigli could be a match, you will receive a link to book time through calendly service. In case your CV doesn't meet the requirements at the moment, we’ll still come back to you with feedback and save the CV there appears a suitable position for you.

CHOOSE THE INTERVIEWER
It is up to you to choose an interviewer you like and the time that suits you. An appointment will appear on your calendar.

45 MIN INTERVIEW
A 45-minute online interview will take place at the arranged time, during which you can ask all important questions, and we will get to know you and your experience better. Let us know about your past achievements, projects, technologies you worked with If the interview goes well , later that day Liza will send you an invitation for a technical interview, which will be held at a convenient time for you.

MAKE AN OFFER
If everything goes well, we will make an offer after the technical interview. Once the offer is made, we would appreciate your start date to be no further than 6 weeks.

RECEIVE A BONUS
Hiring week sign-on bonus 1000 EUR netto will be divided into 2 parts: the first part will be paid immediately after the start date, the second part — after the probation period. The bonus will be awarded to those candidates who pass the first interview on the Hiring week and the technical interview can be held the subsequent week.

Tim Malahov
  • 8 years of commercial experience. Started with Java, then tried Frontend and got hooked. Now a Frontend developer,
  • Has cracked Amazon IOT services,
  • Has implemented complex computing pipelines for scientific clusters,
  • Cracked customers’ login before the demo,
  • Has taught computer programming during his master’s degree programme,
  • Solves tasks on Codewars,
  • Races the drones. Ranked 3rd in Belarus in the 1st stage of the competition,
  • Plays guitar, flute and piano. However, mostly enjoys the guitar (he has three of them),
  • Father of a wonderful little girl (she is 3.5 months old),

Ilya Rucavitcyn
