Join Sigli’s international team! Where we strive to make everyone feel welcome and valued. You’ll work on different projects across Europe and the UK while growing your career in a culture built on trust, care, and equality.

This remote position is open for candidates based within European Union.

About the project:

We are building an enterprise web application for intralogistics planning, replacing fragmented spreadsheet-based workflows with a unified platform. The system consists of five interconnected modules: Quantity Structure, Function Blocks, Resources, Layout, and Reportingwhere changes in one module automatically propagate to related calculations and outputs across the others.

Estimated project duration: ~12 months. Team: PM, Designer, BA, Architect, Full-Stack, Front-end, QA.

Engagement: part-time, ~15 hours per week on average (higher load: up to 20-25 hours per week during the first month of discovery; tapering to ~10-15 hours per week afterward).

What you will do:

  • Lead discovery with the Designer, translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria across all five modules;
  • Analyze and document complex, interconnected workflows (data import, process modelling, resource calculation, layout design, scenario reporting) and model the data flows and business logic connecting them;
  • Work with the Architect and Designer to ensure requirements are technically feasible and translated into intuitive UX, especially for visual process modelling and scenario comparison;
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team, clarifying scope and resolving ambiguities throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Support QA with test scenarios and maintain up-to-date documentation (specs, diagrams, glossaries) as the product evolves.

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on software development projects, ideally enterprise or B2B web applications, with proven experience documenting complex, interconnected business processes (multi-module systems, workflow-heavy domains);
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, functional specification writing, and user story / acceptance criteria creation;
  • Experience working closely with UX/UI Designers to translate complex logic into intuitive user flows;
  • Comfortable with data modelling concepts (entities, relationships, calculation logic) — experience with logistics, planning, ERP, or similar domains is a plus;
  • Strong self-organization skills to work independently in a part-time capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile/iterative environment;
  • Excellent communication skills, Upper-Intermediate spoken English required.
