We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Strategist to join our team in Lithuania. As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and developing plans to enter those markets within the Benelux region. Your primary focus will be on actively searching and attracting potential clients, initiating contact with them through various channels, and presenting our company’s services effectively.

What you will do:
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to enter those markets within the Benelux region.
  • Actively search and attract potential clients within the Benelux region.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels such as email, social networks, conferences, and cold calls.
  • Maintain our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Present Sigli’s services to potential clients through written communication.
What you need:
  • Ability to work with and analyze large amounts of data efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Fluent in Dutch (native or near-native level).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in sales/client-facing roles is an advantage (but not required).
