About the project:

We are looking for a sales-focused professional who can combine business development and lead generation responsibilities in one role. This person will be expected not only to work with sales opportunities, but also to proactively identify, approach, and generate new leads independently.

From the start, the role will be focused on the UK market, although the target market may evolve over time depending on business needs.

For this position, we are not strictly focused on candidates from one specific domain or industry. We are open to considering people from different backgrounds, including customer-facing roles, as long as they bring the right combination of personality, motivation, and relevant commercial experience.

What you will do:

  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients through outbound lead generation.
  • Build and maintain a relevant pipeline of prospects.
  • Conduct initial outreach and start conversations with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and identify business opportunities.
  • Support the sales process from first contact through to further discussions.
  • Keep communication structured, consistent, and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Work independently while maintaining momentum in both lead generation and sales activities.

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development or lead generation.
  • Confidence in outbound communication and client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of energy, drive and motivation.
  • Maturity and resilience – we are looking for someone who can quickly adapt, stay engaged and grow with the role.
  • Good commercial sense and the ability to understand where opportunities are.
  • At least Upper Intermediate English level.
