We’re looking for a proactive and independent Data Analyst who’s passionate about advanced analytics and transforming data into meaningful insights. This role is much more than building dashboards – it’s about discovering patterns, behaviors and opportunities hidden in the data. You’ll work closely with data engineers and other teams to explore datasets, run experiments, and help shape strategic decisions through evidence-based insights.
What you will do:
- Analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for business and product teams.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality.
- Define and track KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Explore opportunities for applying machine learning models in analytical workflows (basic experience is enough – curiosity and willingness to learn matter most).
- Present insights clearly and confidently, both in writing and in meetings.
What you need:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong command of Power BI and data visualization best practices.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases.
- Experience with advanced analytics techniques – segmentation, clustering, hypothesis testing, A/B analysis, etc.
- Experience collaborating with data engineering teams.
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis and simple ML use cases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – you can explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset – you don’t wait for tasks but look for insights and opportunities to add value.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
