This is a product-focused role, so we highly value a product mindset and an interest in building solutions that create real business impact. You will collaborate directly with the client’s team and contribute to impactful, business-critical initiatives in a dynamic environment. This is a hybrid position based in Vilnius, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

What you will do:

  • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for both batch and streaming data
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to build modern data solutions
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across systems
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions
  • Support and improve existing data infrastructure and workflows
  • Work with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Kafka) to process and analyze large datasets

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong skills in SQL and Python
  • Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop ecosystem, Databricks)
  • Understanding of data modeling and data pipeline design
  • Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) is a plus
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Upper-intermediate English level
