What you will do:
- Build Sigli Denmark from scratch. Craft the go-to-market strategy, pricing and positioning for a green-field territory.
- Full-cycle revenue leadership. Prospect, pitch, close and expand accounts for our digital-product and AI services.
- Thought-leadership & community. Fly the Sigli flag at TechBBQ, Copenhagen Fintech Week and other Nordic tech gatherings; publish insight pieces that make us the go-to partner for Danish scale-ups.
- Team creation. Once traction is proven, recruit and mentor a local delivery & sales squad.
- Direct access to founders. You’ll have an uncapped say in budgets, tools and strategy.
You might be our perfect partner if you:
- Have 5 + years selling or delivering custom-software / digital-transformation projects in Denmark.
- Speak native-level Danish and professional English (bonus for Swedish or Norwegian).
- Already maintain a warm network of founders, CTOs and digital-innovation leaders in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense or Aalborg.
- Thrive on autonomy, ambiguity and a “first-one-through-the-wall” mindset.
- See revenue share and meaningful equity upside as fuel, not risk.
