Market Development Manager

We are currently looking for a Market Development Manager who is eager to take on versatile tasks and offer proactive assistance in different aspects of business growth. Having the right attitude is crucial to us, in this position, you will collaborate closely with our Chief Business Development Officer to boost market expansion and nurture client connections. If you are prepared to be hands-on, make client contacts, engage with customers, and participate in business trips to support our goals, then we want you to apply!

What you will do:
  • Working directly with the CBDO to find and implement innovative market approaches;
  • Actively searching and attracting potential clients within UK region;
  • Identifying new market opportunities and developing plans to enter those markets;
  • Initiating contact with potential clients through various channels such as email, social networks, conferences, and cold calls;
  • Maintaining our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information;
  • Presenting the company’s services to potential clients effectively through written communication.
What you need:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales within the IT industry, with a strong understanding of how outsourcing companies operate;
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets;
  • Nurturing a strong motivation for sales and a desire to achieve financial success;
  • Quick adaptability to new strategies and cross-functional tasks to optimize sales performance;
  • Ability to navigate through uncertainties and challenges with resilience and determination;
  • Experience and proficiency in cold calling techniques is a big plus but not mandatory;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
