As the .NET Developer, you’ll take ownership of maintaining, enhancing, and expanding the Member Portal and Finder Service, covering backend development, integrations with external systems, and close collaboration on frontend implementation, all within the DNN (DotNetNuke) CMS environment.

You’ll work closely with the client’s team throughout the engagement.

What about the project:

Our client supports smart home professionals through education, networking, global events, and an awards program. Two key member benefits live on their DNN-based subdomain: the Member Portal and the “Find a Professional” Finder Service. The client also publishes homeowner-facing SEO content (e.g., “How much does home cinema cost?”) to drive awareness and generate member leads.

  • Start: Q4 2026
  • Engagement type: full-time
  • Duration: long-term, ongoing collaboration with no fixed end date: this is a stable, long-term opportunity for the right candidate

What you will do:

  • Maintain and enhance the portal using .NET and DNN.
  • Implement new features and modules as designed by design studio, ensuring they are fully functional within DNN.
  • Collaborate with design studio on frontend work: either build HTML/CSS from design files or integrate provided frontend code.
  • Ensure UI/UX consistency with the main website for a seamless user experience.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring real-time data sync and display of white papers, events, award winners, and member details.
  • Build and support the Finder Service, enabling members to update their profiles (including images and videos) and ensuring data reflects CRM status.
  • Implement ecommerce functionality to allow members to purchase resources with a user-friendly, engaging experience.

What you need:

  • 5+ years of .NET development experience, including hands-on DNN (DotNetNuke) module creation and customization
  • Ability to work from high-fidelity design files: either building responsive HTML/CSS from scratch or integrating provided frontend code
  • Strong understanding of secure, scalable, and maintainable web application development practices
  • Familiarity with API-based domain migration, or willingness to support moving sites to a unified domain structure
  • Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, reviewing designs, giving technical feedback, and participating in regular project syncs
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), required for daily collaboration with a client team

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ecommerce functionality integration (digital resource/product sales)
  • Experience integrating DNN with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (real-time data sync, CRM-driven content display)
