As a Sales Development Representative, you will not just be a member of the team – you’ll be a driving force behind our growth and success! Picture yourself at the forefront of expanding our client base within the vibrant and dynamic Benelux regions.

What you will do:
  • Actively searching and attracting potential clients within Benelux.
  • Initiating contact with potential clients through various channels such as email, social networks, conferences, and cold calls.
  • Maintaining our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Presenting the company’s services to potential clients effectively through written communication.
What you need:
  • Ability to work with and analyze large amounts of data efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in lead generation or sales within the IT industry, with a strong understanding of how outsourcing companies operate is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with sales and lead generation tools and software would be nice to have.
  • Experience and proficiency in cold calling techniques is a big plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Dutch or French is a big plus.
