- Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
- Control project budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Gather and analyze business requirements when needed.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management in software development environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; Dutch language skills are a plus.
- Experience in business analysis is a plus, particularly in gathering requirements and converting business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
- This is a part-time role with hours determined by project needs and workload availability.
