We are looking for a Project Manager who demonstrates clarity in decision-making, can confidently turn ambiguity into actionable plans, streamline workflows, and is comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

A smart voice assistant solution designed for a transportation company. It handles incoming calls, processes customer requests, and automatically creates tasks for drivers. The system streamlines communication and improves operational efficiency by integrating voice recognition and task management.

Digital Transformation Projects
Comprehensive digital transformation initiatives for client companies. These projects involve analyzing and mapping existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering tailored solutions. One example includes implementing a unified search system that aggregates data from multiple sources

What you will do:
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
  • Control project budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements when needed.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
What you need:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management in software development environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; Dutch language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in business analysis is a plus, particularly in gathering requirements and converting business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
