- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python (Django/Flask) for the backend.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern web development tools and libraries.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs to support frontend functionality.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies to facilitate project planning and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive experience in server-side development in Python, with experience in frameworks such as Django and Flask.
- Familiarity with databases.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, serverless) is a plus.
- Experience with test-driven development and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
- You permanently reside and work in Lithuania.
- You are able to work 2 days per week from the office in Vilnius.
- Compensation package is up to 5400 EUR gross (employment contract in Lithuania), up to 5500 EUR gross (B2B contract).
