Our client operates a lead generation business focused on connecting homeowners with suppliers for B2B services such as boilers, windows, solar panels, and installations. They collect homeowner inquiries and convert them into qualified leads, effectively acting as a marketing partner for service providers. Technology plays a central role in their operations, without it, their work could be mistaken for a traditional marketing department rather than a tech-driven lead generation company.

What about project:

Project is 4 months duration with possibility to extend.

The IT team looks after the internal bespoken platform which is built on PHP and and MySQL. The stack changed a bit recently. Inhouse they use symphony framework. It is a complex application mainly with internal stakeholders. It’s mainly about administration system and how they qualify or inspect the leads that they generate. The project has been going on for approximately a year already. Client is looking to migrate the first customers to the new system. They have some test cases built on a platform called QASE.

What you will do:
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for front-end and API testing.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure quality of software releases.
  • Collaborate with software developers to troubleshoot issues and resolve defects.
  • Document software defects and track defects through resolution.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability of code.
What you need:
  • 3+ years of experience in a QA engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of front-end and API testing methodologies.
  • Experience in establishing and streamlining testing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level to participate in meetings with a distributed team.
