Sales Development Representative

We create modern ERP software for the wood industry, which helps forest owners and production plants optimize processes and increase efficiency. We are currently developing our activities in Poland and are looking for a person who can effectively generate leads, build the first relationships with clients and identify potential sales opportunities.

What you will do:
  • Lead Generation: Researching and reaching out to potential clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Initial Contact: Building relationships and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
  • Engaging Decision-Makers: Connecting with key stakeholders in companies involved in forestry, sawmilling, and wood processing.
  • Sales Monitoring: Managing CRM activities, conducting follow-ups, and analyzing results.
What you need:
  • 1 year of experience in cold calling, sales or lead generation, preferably in the SaaS, software, or industrial solutions sectors.
  • Fluent in Polish (this is a mandatory requirement).
  • Knowledge of English for collaboration with the team.
  • Communicative and self-assured individual who thrives in business interactions.
  • Capable of organizing work independently and focus on achieving results.
  • Familiarity with the wood or manufacturing industry would be an additional advantage.
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
